As of November 2014, SoonPlus Plastic Surgery has changed the medial canthoplasty surgery method.

Depending on the condition of the client's eyes, it is decided whether to perform medial canthoplasty or complex epicanthoplasty before surgery.

Before the epicanthoplasty surgery, it will be determined exactly what kind of epicanthoplasty surgery should be performed through consultation with the surgeon.

If there is little or no Mongolian fold, conventional epicanthoplasty is recommended.  

For those who want to get epicanthoplasty a little, we recommend a micro-epicanthoplasty

If the Mongolian fold is severe or if the Mongolian fold is not severe, but you do not want to have an epicanthoplasty at all, we recommend a complex epicanthoplasty rather than the conventional epicanthoplasty.

Since epicanthoplasty enlarges the eyes, consider epicanthoplasty first if you want to enlarge your eyes.
